“This latest integration means that we’ve created a solution for brokers where they can search everything they need related to a case in one place.”
– Tanya Toumadj, CEO of Mortgage Broker Tools
Property data specialists, Sprift Technologies, has integrated with the Mortgage Broker Tools (MBT) platform.
Sprift’s platform features up to 307 data points on over 30 million UK residential properties and enables brokers to generate a detailed Key Property Facts report within seconds to provide them with a detailed overview of a property.
MBT enables brokers to identify which lenders are eligible by comparing affordability, criteria and products and Sprift will now complete the picture by helping brokers understand the property in detail, from restrictive covenants and flood risk, to estimated valuation and length of lease.
Through the integration, every MBT user can now receive one free Sprift Key Property Facts report a month via their MBT subscription.
Matt Gilpin, founder and CEO of Sprift, commented: “I’m delighted to share that our Key Property Facts reports are now integrated within the MBT platform. Here at Sprift, we’re passionate about providing property professionals with quick, easy access to the property data they need to understand any property instantly, save time on their research and ultimately speed up transaction times. In that respect, our mission of providing brokers with the tools they need to excel is very much aligned with that of MBT. The MBT platform does a great job at supporting brokers with their affordability, criteria and product research, but I’m delighted that MBT members are now able to access a detailed picture of the properties they’re dealing with via our Key Property Facts reports to help them place each case with greater ease.”
Tanya Toumadj, CEO of Mortgage Broker Tools, added: “I’m a strong believer in the power of data and leveraging technology to support brokers by streamlining their case work and freeing them up from time consuming tasks, allowing them to focus on giving advice and the value-add they provide to their clients. Our platform at MBT already does this by taking the hassle away from affordability criteria sourcing, so to now have the added firepower of Sprift’s Key Property Facts reports available to our members via this latest integration means that we’ve created a solution for brokers where they can search everything they need related to a case in one place. The relevance of this integration is also far greater in the current environment as affordability, eligibility and criteria continue to evolve. For example, many lenders are updating their affordability to be EPC linked, so for our members to be able to quickly look up the EPC rating of any UK residential property through a Sprift Key Property Facts report is a really timely example of how property data feeds into affordability and the importance of having easy access to it to support case work. On behalf of our entire team at MBT, we’re really excited about this latest integration and are thrilled to be continuing to support our brokers with this offering.”
