Ardian, a leading global private investment house, has acquired a prime property in Madrid, marking its first foray into the Spanish residential real estate market. The property, located at Calle Zurbarán 28 in the prestigious Almagro district, spans approximately 3,000 square meters. Ardian plans to transform the space from offices into a high-end residential complex with 10 apartments, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency.
