Craftiful Fragrance Oils has leased 7,513 sq ft at Unit C Oaklea House for a five-year term, while Playscape Playgrounds has taken 11,454 sq ft at Unit D Oaklea House for a ten-year term.
In the same scheme, Unit F Oaklea House remains available for let at a quoting rent of £7.50 per sq ft. This mid-terraced industrial unit spans 6,848 sq ft and includes office space, a roller shutter door, and an eaves height of 5.05 meters.
Bretton is a well-established commercial area in Peterborough, offering excellent access to the A47 and A1(M) via the Peterborough ring road (Parkway) system.
