Property investment firm Evolve Estates has acquired 76,095 sq ft of retail space and 8,909 sq ft of office accommodation.
Evolve Estates, a subsidiary of M Cole has purchased Madford Retail Park in Stafford, which is fully let with tenants, including Wickes, DSG (Currys), Lidl, Jollyes (Pet Superstore), and several local businesses.
The property firm has purchased the mixed-use asset for an undisclosed amount, continuing its active acquisition strategy in shopping parades, centres, and retail parks nationwide.
