Mortgage housing to be provided only to those who need it, rich citizens won’t be able to get 3-4 apartments – President’s Affairs Office

AKIPRESS.COM – Construction of apartment blocks is in progress in Jalal-Abad under the state mortgage program, Head of President’s Affairs Office Kanybek Tumanbaev said.

Construction of 2,744 apartments is ongoing, he said. 

“Nobody will be able to get apartment out of turn. Rich citizens will be unable to obtain 3-4 apartments,” he said. 

“Mortgage apartments will be provided to needy people. Apartment blocks will be built not only in the capital, but in all regions of the country,” the official said.
